Completion of this form will ensure that appropriate reservations will be made for the meeting identified below. Reservations must be made by NSTU Central Office.

Reservations will be made at the Halifax Hotel. In the event that the Halifax Hotel is full, alternate arrangements will be made at the Barrington Hotel. Both properties are non-smoking.
